A little culture

Looking through the works of the great realist painter Edward Hopper in preparation to going to a film about him at Portland Museum of Art, I came across this painting of a 6 day rider. The accompanying article has some background on Hopper's connection to cycling and some interesting sketches. I think this is pretty cool, both the painting itself and because I love Hopper’s work (Nighthawks, Pemaquid Light, etc.)
