Jens?

Why is he not back doing commentary with the NBC TdF crew?

I enjoyed his cyclist insight. Horner is okay and getting better.

Me too

Hi Wheels. I also miss Jens. Don’t know the details, but last year I saw he was commenting for a German network. Listening to him is sort of like listening to Magic Johnson comment on a NBA game - he can say more in a sentence than other commenters say during the whole event.

And having done a 2 day ride with him in the Dempsey Challenge a few years ago, I can say he is exactly the same in person - awesome.

Yeah, no kidding...

I also met him TOC 2019 and got a short Jaw in and a selfie. Gracious man...

Jensy

In case you haven't noticed over the years, in-depth knowledge of the sport is not the number one reason to choose a given commentator. Great to have Christian and Chris but leaving Jens off the team was a mistake. Probably tied to budgets and contract negotiations.
