Change comes slowly

Riding my RSL with eTap, shifting has been a little slow to the smaller cog. So I'm finally moved to correct it, so I get off the bike to adjust cable tension. Hmm, where's the barrel? Has to be at the end of the cable. Hmm, where's the cable? D'Oh!

The internets tell me there is a "function button" on the mech to make this adjustment.

This is only my 5th season on the bike.
