Anyone else having problems getting Cyclingnews to display?

Anyone else having the same problem? Since yesterday morning, if I try to access https://www.cyclingnews.com , I just get a blank browser window and the hourglass doesn't disappear from the browser tab. Both my PC at home using my home Internet connection and my phone using the phone network show the same problem. I can ping www.cyclingnews.com, so the server appears to be running, but the website doesn't respond.

Interestingly, if I start a VPN and connect to a server in Europe, the website then appears correctly. I saw a few messages on Weight Weenies from other cyclists in US and NZ with the same problem.
