Happy New Year indeed
I’m hoping I can ride BikeMaine in September (not virtually). Possible, at least.
Resolutions, I resolve to continue a fairly extensive program of stretching and exercises which builds on some recent PT. Already noticing some improvements in flexibility and alignment.

Good Riddance
While no one will mourn the passing of 2020, it did finish for me on an up note. 1) My daughter is pregnant with granddaughter #2, 2) That sorry excuse of a president is shortly to vacate the WH, and 3) My wife and I got the vaccine yesterday! Here`s hoping that 2021 will be better for all!

As the joke goes, we can now say that hindsight really is 2020! Best to everyone.

Spent the first day of the year making sure all my New Year's resolutions were broken. Didn't leave the house. Watched WAY too much television. Had beer with breakfast. Ate too much. Not even sure where my bike is. Didn't read. Did nothing creative. It's good to not have any pressure moving forward, especially after 2020. Only good thing I did was socially distance myself, but only because I stockpiled alcohol 3 days ago.
It can only get better from here right? Might pull my rollers down from the rafters of the garage. Or maybe I'll just go pick up another box of beer. It's good to pace yourself....
