Flat mount to IS Question

Looking to pick up a SOMA Wolverine 3 on the cheap and swap out my Motobecane Mulekick CX frame that's too small. Im going to transfer over everything that fits from the Mule including wheels. Only question is the rear brake. The Mule is Apex 1 hydro flat mount with the bolts about 37mm I think. The SOMA is IS. Anyone know where I can get an adapter and which one? Rotors are 160. Thanks for any help.

Take a look at this. I think this is the right direction maybe? It may be difficult to put a flat mount caliper on an IS frame.
