Erg Video users

I was doing Alpe D'huez last night, and I actually almost turned my head to spit over the barrier down slope. I would have only spit on the pile of dried woods stickered/stacked against the wall...

Anyone still using Erg Vids? I had not been subscribed previously, just using the one title I had purchased 2015. It is after all about the stats for me.

I look at the user panel mostly, HR/Load etc.

Anyone delve into a training plan on ERG Vid?

Erg

I still ride some of the videos, Mallorca this morning. I havenít subscribed to the online thing. I did a couple of the training plans a few years ago and found them quite effective (if you actually do the stuff of course). However Iím not riding on that level now and have no idea what the current offerings are.

I just looked at the Mallorca 1080HD ride video. O..M...G!

I'd crash out up top, I'd so be looking at the view and not my line.
