Kidding, but as cool as this looks... I wonder how much pain it would cause to ride it.

I really, really want something like that, but only for a day. I imagine it would be a blast to ride but of very little practical use and I'd rather have the cash in my bank account than that bike in my garage. Still, if someone in Vancouver rented these I'd probably be a menace on it for a day. You can rent electric bikes here but I want the leaf blower obnoxiousness of the bike in your photo....

If that's the actual seat, I wouldn't even sit on it. A wide, unpadded, metal pan like that would be excruciating if you actually tried to pedal at all, even just to start the engine.
