Just out of curiousity...

Why don't tandems count? Ceil and I own two tandems together. That means we each own one half of each. So one half plus one half equals one bike. It is a moot point (not a mute point) since I'm still over five, but....

Oh, a list. I get it.

S&S Co-Motion Supremo
Santana Sovereign
Rivendell Rambouillet
Rivendell QuickBeam FG
Heron Road
SJS FG
SJS Cross
Gunnar Ruffian SS MTB
Spalding(!) grocery getter
Peugeot FG
Zebra Kenko FG
Schwinn Fleet
Schwinn Sting Ray 3 speed
Schwinn Deluxe Twinn
Coker 36" Highwheeler

My Steeds

All Very LARGE.

    2000 Seven Axiom-Ti
    91 Serotta NHX
    2001 SOMA Double Cross

Oh yeah, there is not enough bandwidth on this forum for Rick Hardy to list all of his. He gives any large bike shop a run for its money.

It ain't a bike unless it's all together

With that thought, I won't count the two frames hanging around the house.

90 Cannondale R400
97 Tommasini Techno ELOS

I feel like a piker compared to everyone else above. Well, Wheels isn't too bad. . . Now I don't feel so bad about having a new frame on order.

I feel so inadequate. Just 1 Hans Schneider road bike and a Guerciotti that will be a fixie someday.

Five of Various Vinatage

Ok here's the current list:

'96 Litespeed Catalyst
'98 Co-motion Co-Pilot (S&S couplers)
'93 Trek 7000 MTB fitted with road bars and STI.
'92 Trek 1420
'83 Trek 400 w/fenders and a rack. Devoted to bad weather use.
'86 Trek 560 permanantly mounted on a fluid trainer.

I noticed NO ONE has admitted to just one bike.

Keep it up!

I love this kind of thread as I show it to my wife to put things in perspective. Having said that, I have 2
1) Spectrum Custom Steel
2) Un named Ti road frame and fork made in Russia for sale in Europe that a Russian friend brought back for me at a ridiculously low price. Built up with Dura Ace/Ultegra
