Now the 'other' memo
Dems better give this memo a snappy name before DT nixes it's release... Or will that be the time to tag it creatively. Some Nixonesque tag perhaps?
That's how the SPIN #fakenews game gets played I think. ;)

A Democratic response to a Republican memo.
A ten page response to a four page memo.
A thoughtful response to a hatchet job.
Guess which one will play better to the Republican base? Sad.

I can only speak for myself...
...but this situation is just incredibly pathetic and I don't see any redeeming value in it. It's like a couple of Internet trolls pissing on each other and it's depressing that US politics has descended to these depths. I guess we can thank the "Troll in Chief" for our descent into the gutter.

Agree there. Example of dragging down.
It seems literally like when I was 10 years old with 4 siblings, onr of saying; "but he/she did it first".
Not much different i suppose to when 'folks' think whoever calls 911 first is right in tit/tat domestic squabbling...

And now a message from the President of the United States

Little Adam Schiff, who is
desperate to run for higher
office, is one of the biggest liars
and leakers in Washington...

"we can thank the "Troll in Chief" for our descent into the gutter."
Imagine if he got in office before the Tea Party calmed a little into the Freedom Caucus? The trickle down would have more of a waterfall probably.
__TRUMP U? [Trump Entrepreneur Initiative]
I see some news on the Appeals Court upholding the 25mil Trump University settlement. Does this mean it got appealed, and by whom? DT? So the 25 million settlement was stayed, money in escrow, what? Some legal commentating appreciated. Is DT renegotiating now that it accomplished not having him loose the election 2016? Was the orig settlement timed to just back burner?

Trump U settlement
It was a class action settlement that was challenged by a woman who wanted to opt out of the class and pursue a separate lawsuit. Pretty routine in this type of case I believe.

Dan,
So one party in the class action suite "wanted" to back out and hold up the entire case? For how long?
Can the losing side "hint" to pay more to one in the class action just to hold up the whole process (for another decade)?

Litigation
I am no class action expert, but a person can say they don't want to be included in the class settlement, they want their own separate lawsuit. If that is granted, they probably don't care what the class does. Here the court didn't grant the request. Class certification can very complicated.

The other memo's been through the wringer properly. Let Trump nix it. That action will highlight his are political decisions affecting security matters.
