If you want to include a pic in a post/thread:

Make your thread or post. Click on the envelope next to one of posts under the 'Sparky' logon [or this login, same email] and attach pic(s) in an email to me. I will host and post the pic in desired thread.

If you crop the pic to a posting friendly size with a max of 640x480 before sending, this would be best perhaps.

Else I will crop it before posting. I can also include a link in the thread for the full size un-cropped pic in that case if desired, just mention in email.

I store my photos on, as Google provide me unlimited storage for images from my Pixel phone. If I want to include one of the images, I click on the share button for the image and select "Get link", then go to and paste the link into the "Paste photo link here" field. Click on "Generate Code", then paste the image embed code at the bottom of the page into your message, as I've done below for an image. It provides a medium res image which can be clicked on to load the full res image from Google Photos.

I have found that this method will only display the image if you are logged into the forum. If you're not logged in, you just see the html that shows the image.
