Did 27 mins on the trainer yesterday and a walk/shuffle run the day prior. My abs feel like I do a 1000 sit-ups a day but don't look like it. I am still a bit swollen in the cut areas. It is great to be feeling lively again.

My daughter did a short 10k hike Saturday AM! Things are doing great.

When Erik hits 50 milers on the Cervelo should we un-sticky the thread. ;)

I for one am pretty calm in my heart. [finally] I gotta say I was on the edge of my seat for a good while for Erik and family!!

This all has progressed as well as I think we all prayed it could/would.

Erik,you are one awesome Dad and person, bar none!
