Well, no questioning where the beef is!
And the bionic direct ankle to spindle interface is interesting...

Bike is nice, but all the aero bikes look similar ( and I just got one, sigh...) except for the Venge Vias, which is butt ugly.
Wheels? Heavier is faster? Uh, ok.

The other aero bikes don't say "Cippolini" on them.
What you get, Greg?

"Cento One Air"
I see the black/red accent thing has come back around. My Addict is stylistic again I guess.

Cool
Nice bike. Let us know how it rides. Looks like they (and the Cipo) are trying to make aero bikes that ride better (not that I've ridden any of them). Stiff yet Compliant yet Aero!

It'll be interesting. I think the trend to these superstiff bottom brackets is overblown, fwiw. I came to the decision in a very roundabout way - I've been riding an open mold bike with geo taken from the Supersix, and while it rides very nicely, a recent easy ride on my old 96 Colnago got me thinking about how sweet that geometry is. The Wiliers use geo numbers that are pretty much identical to Colnago numbers in my size, so I'm giving it a whirl. Don't have high expectations for compliance, but hoping for some tracking and stability.

Man
Thinking about these new bikes makes me realize how clueless I am. I had to google "open mold" to see what that is. And some googling on aero bikes revealed I have not even heard of many of them. OTOH, today I bought a Brooks canvas rucksack and fixed a fender with duct tape....
With your sweet '96 'Nago, where does the Anvil fit into the picture? As I put in another thread, I had a great dinner with Don and Jill last week.

Super Mario no longer skips chest and arms day either. Dude bulked right up. At his age none the less. :)
The bikes are Ferrari expensive also.

Mo money, mo problems...
The Anvil is still in the rotation. You know how it is, you have a stable. I ride the performance bikes for group rides/training, and have some sweetness for easy days.
Unfortunately, I dinged her 3 years ago, on one of my first rides back after my SCI. Looked left coming up to an intersection and drifted into a guardrail right. Broke my arm again right below the plate from the moto accident, 2nd internal fixation, and a pretty good concussion. Put a dent in the downtube of the Anvil, real shame 'cause she was a beautiful girl. Still rides perfectly.

"2nd internal fixation"
Yikes, reminds me of breaking my right foot 2nd day after I was off the crutches for the tib/fib, only like 10 time worse. ;O
