The comments in the Richmond Times Dispatch led me to open a search in Verizon FIOS listings (since my Comcast didn't have Universal)

They're showing a Worlds preview for the next hour and a half,
then two repeats of the Tour of Wallonia,
Two repeats of UCI Cyclocross World Cup
and "Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta, Women"

and that's the next 24 hours

Is pro cycling popular in spite of its self?

The "zap2it" service is pretty good. You can customize the listings without a lot of commitment (personal identification.)

Zap2It Grid Example - Start Here - "Change My Location"

There's an app for the worlds that's very cool, with live streaming coverage.
