Anyone here going to watch the US Pro Challenge action?

I'll be in CO next week and am in the process of booking a condo at Breckenridge for a few days at the end of the week to catch the Thurs, Aug 20, stage finish (in Breck) and the Fri, Aug 21 ITT (in & around Breck).

I'd be happy to hook up with anyone for stage viewing, drinks, or dinner.

I also hope to get in a high-altitude hike, weather permitting.

I am going to be in Colorado Springs, so I am going to try and hit the last stage in Denver.

I'll be flying out that day, so I won't be able to make the Denver stage finish. However, I caught that stage last year and they have a nice setup in the adjoining park with vendors, trial rider demonstrations, and a few very-large screen outdoor TVs so people can sit/lay on the grass and watch the stage progress.

Be aware that they sell the area around the finish line out to privileged viewing areas, so you likely won't get within 100 yds of the finish line, but there are plenty of decent viewing spots on the in-town loop, including a short, shallow rise just to the East of the finish line. I'd have to study the stage map to recall the street names.
