More SS cobbling...

<img src="http://coupekiss.host-ed.me/images/ttf/05-Roubiax-SS-DA.jpg" width=584>

Bars, saddle, seatpost, cranks new pulls from the SORA Disc Roubaix that got 7800 parked on it day two last Sept. New stainless cages, bar tape, cables/housings on the brakes.

7700 Dura Ace Calipers, Dura Ace re-spaced track wheelset with 28 hole and all Revolution spokes. Green King BB, Sachs 1030 chain, eBay clone singulator.

50/18 approx 73 Gear Inches...

Brake levers... well.. Ultegra 6770 Di2. Decided to go with these and not the Tekros I had. Thinking maybe I will play and make the Di2 switches actuate some LEDs all over the bike... Directional LEDs and some Ghost Buster Tandem lights? ;) For $99.00 WTF.

Re Di2, going to get a whole 6870 Di2 when the time comes instead of getting nickle and dimed making a Di2 piece meal group...

And one more, use up the ENO wheels..

Old Scandium Felt. And the rest of the tape left over from the first one.

I dunno, man...

That thing is looking bad for the eyes! But swap out the Tektros (which, for some reason, give me a case of the howling fantods) and things might just work out...

Nice 'shop

But those levers still make the thing look like it's got spider palps. And I usually *like* Tektro's stuff!

Left is a non matching dummy old/old Dura Ace lever, with a piece of cable rigged to keep it from rattling. Rubed!

The original idea was to get it rolling due to curiosity of Felt's take on the use of the big K Scandium Tubeset.

The bike has only front brake. These just had been laying about. I have some new Tektro, that right is a TRP. I have them on two bike and like the ergo feel to them actually. That one was a spare 3rd one.

I put drilled TRPs on the Bridgestone 400 after repaint, and when I made a cruiser out of the Blade I got a pair of the non drilled all black TRPs.

'TRP' I know, but it is the higher end product. I guess you like all the line mostly then ?

I have quite a bit of levers and calipers and they all work flawlessly. The TRP level stuff I have is the Spyre SLC, two sets [2-1/2 really] of the wonky lever you seem to find objectionable. Some long reach and regular calipers. They really have a broad range of reach on calipers too. But the fit and finish [and price] on the TRP marked stuff is to me more appropriate for Ti and upper end zoot bike et al.

I find the Tektro lower end a bit pedestrian looking. Yada.
