Who sells a straight-bladed cro-mo fork?
Hi guys, can anyone here tell me where I can buy a straight-bladed cro-mo fork with a 1" steerer tube? It's for a 1997 C'dale 2.8 series frame, if that helps. Thanks.

The answer you don't want is Independent Fabrications, because they are not cheap. You could probably buy a whole frameset for the price of the fork. I did a basic search of the eBay and there were a number on there, threaded and threadless, forks in general, not Independent Fabrications forks.

Surly's Cr-Mo "Steamroller" fork is available with a 1" steerer but isn't straight bladeed. It is drilled for a front "standard reach" (47-57) brake.

My Kona Kapu had a straight cro mo threadless fork. Perhaps a Kona spare part?
I shouldn't say had. It has. Just no wheel in it.

Now that it was mentioned, a Kona fork is what I got used for my Strong when I did the SS conversion. Black with chrome crown [not sure if from a Kapu] for $25.00. I like it's feel on the bike very much FWIW.

There is a shop here in Toronto that has a fork that meets your description http://www.ucycle.com/product/urbanite-road-fork-2487.htm. I had a bike with this fork for a few years and it was so nice, someone stole it.
