Nah, he legally dispenses weed in Portland and does not know how to claim the income on Federal tax docs because it is a Federal offense.
True Story....
I found out a past coworker (injured and medically retired at a young age fighter pilot) opened a franchised chain of weed shops in Colorado. He is the founder owner of the franchise and is rolling in the $$$$$$ now. He is the burger king of weed now. Go figure.

I actually voted against legalization on the ballot.
My thinking is that there would be a lot more stoned impared drivers passing me on the bike.

Sparky, I don't do tax law, but I might be able to get a referral for someone in Portland who could answer your question. If you wish, email me at LRZipris/yahoo with some basic information and I'll see what I can do.

from my 40+ year memory of pot, the pot driver would be lagging behind you 100 yards too paranoid to pass or if they did, the THC induced paranoia would grant you a wide berth.
If it has to be one or the other, give me the driver who grabs a joint vs. a six pack.
No question which under the influence driver I would rather encounter while cycling.
Youngest daughter is relocating to Portland from NC and you know what she called to celebrate on election night.

"Youngest daughter is relocating to Portland from NC"
Maybe she should stay to take advantage of the new laws. ;)

She got a promotion that gave her a choice of a dozen or so US cities and she chose Portland. She is an IT recruiter soon to be team lead...and boyfriend chef is moving out there too which dear old fashioned Dad is less than thrilled about but he's a hard worker and one heck of a cook, er, culinary artist - so smoking pot with a buillt in munchy maker...I see their plan now - lol.
They are going to get an apartment but she hasn't decided on a place.

My son is a Chef. AFA I am concerned his career is upstanding and has benefits for us on occasion. I don't think he smokes weed.
Your daughter has a boyfriend. So what, mine is divorced from a .mil after just about a year, wasting shit tons of my money. She is crazy too. Roll with it; it can be worse for y'all. Trust me.
As far as being married, I told my daughter's BF DO NOT MARRY HER, for your own good. Not because I don't like him, but because I do like him.
