TJ VG
Has anyone been following the Dauphine?
I was never much of a fan of TJ, I thought that for the most part he was way over hyped by the American media, but this week he sure has stepped up and delivered a big time performance, he impressed the hell out of me.
His team on the other hand...

Yep, a good showing for him. I look forward to the TdF.
A local skinny guy got some used team kit jerseys last year and both of them were TjVG's. They had been washed a bunch but still had the residue from race numbers and his name in collar so the team could sort the laundry. They were not advertised as his, Matt just got what he got front the web site order of BMC kit jerseys.
The dude has skinny arms and the sleeves are trimmed with no stitching or cuff. I could not wear them even though the "size" med should fit me.

"His team" is the reason he is in yellow with time gained over Sky in the TTT.

He's still got a way to go...
...if he's going to match Froome in the mountains, but he's looking better than Nibali. We'll see in three weeks.

Nibali rode the Dauphine as training. I don't think we saw his true level of fitness. He crushed the field yesterday before he pulled off, intentionally.
TvG is top 10 maybe but the podium is a stretch.

The end was disappointing. I hope his team wax just saving themselves for next month. They certainly weren't there the last two stages
