At one point, I thought there was a link to a site where you could custom-spec the gearing on one of these, but I can't find it in previous posts. Does anyone have a link to it or to other sites with particularly good pricing on these? I'm leaning toward an OX601D, as the shiny finish of the 801 is just going to get trashed on my 'cross bike, so there's no point in paying extra for it.

I bought a set of the OX801D from Alex's Cycle in Japan. They have it in multiple lengths and chainring combinations, but I just had a look and they don't show the 601 cranks on their web site. I had no idea this even existed before someone on the iBob list mentioned it. They had some things I'd been looking for, and their prices seemed good even accounting for shipping. I worry now that it might go away!
