It's a beautiful day to ride

...in Connecticut.

Where else?

Pretty good here

Today is pretty nice, tomw (Sunday is my "long ride" day) should be great.

Hope the weather holds. Next Saturday I ride the Loon Echo Century, the Sat after the Not Dead Yet Ride (60 mile cancer center fundraiser), then a week off, then I'm in San Diego most of a week for a conference, fly back Saturday and ride the Dempsey Challenge Sunday. Grueling schedule for my old, fat a**.

We had no rain for 40+ days, and then it rained once.
Few cloudy morning starting to surface, but sun peaking out by mid day mostly.

I am riding enough that recovery windows are getting over lapped. :) And they are bigger windows than they used to be too.

Beautiful here in Alabama. Getting that first hint of Fall with a nice cool morning. Of course, by the time I make it out to ride this afternoon it will be back in the high 80s, but this time of year it could still be in the 90s so I'm not complaining.

thinking Colorado riders may be having interruptions, to put it mildly. Whew on the weather there. Considering one of our re-cons for laces to live before we settled on PDX was there... unless some of these venty things round here begin a St Helens revival. We are happy for the time being we skipped on CO weather wise. ;O

I was on Martha's Vineyard that day, Andy, and for several days after. Damn nice. On Sunday my son and I rode from Oak Bluffs to Edgartown, and took the ferry over to Chappy. About 27 miles round trip, including about 6 miles of sand roads on the road bike. Not a lot of miles, but way fun.
