Decided to take the hilly route last ride.
And even though there was zig zagging on the steeper sections and I suck and am a slug, feel good after a recover day.
Seeing my 14.2 average didn't make me feel less like a slug after the fact. ;O
Now a few days of rain, glad for the computrainer... ;)

It happened, my legs are still reminding me.
I gotta look into that, isn't it a charge for it ?

Free for the basic.
You need a Garmin or the likes that links to a PC or a smart phone. I use my iPhone. A fun integration of real life and the web. Many here use it and we follow each other. There is no hiding your lack of form if you use it and your routes are visible. It has good privacy settings.
The humidity and heat sure shows in my recent rides.

Get your account, follow me. Erik TheCyclist and dig through my followers, you will find familiar people there.
I guess we could set up a CTTF club but I never bothered with it, not like we can ride the same hills and compete for KOMs.
I follow and am followed by people in Canada, the US and even Australia. All people you know here.
Now that was easy, charge your droid, drop in your jersey pocket and go for a ride.

Where do I find the TTF club? I tried searching on Strava and did not see it.

Both walter and I are members now. You can link from our profile. Our clubs are on the lower portion under the stats bar.
