Boston Marathon
Hopefully no one here or their loved ones were caught up in this.
And I hope it was just an accident and not deliberate. Freakin hell...
[EDIT] Not an accident. FML

Just heard from Hausner on FB. He's ok. Cell service has been shut off to prevent remote detonations.

Our thoughts go to everyone in the Boston area, particularly those between Hopkinton and Boston, tunners, spectators and locals.
I can't understand the mentality behind acts like ths.

Stupid little fookin kids! I hope they send off the other one to the beyond and spare the city the expense if trying this piece of shit.
Kid was referred to as 'Jihad' by Aunt and Uncle, HELLO/WTF!
The Dad reported to urge son to surrender peacefully and come home to Russia. I am sorry for that Dad, the kid is coming home, in a box I am afraid. As a Dad, I can feel for him, unless he is pro cause, then I confess I can't.

A little less angry...
Folks in Beantown gotta be feeling a bit better. I know I am... Thoughts and prayers to the folks and families suffering from the initial acts.

Boston Strong
Congrats to everyone involved in wrapping this up and my thoughts are with all affected. It's amazing to me how much progress the investigators can make when all resources are brought to bear. And also the spirit and resiliency of the people in general.
Jeez I drove down to Lawrence yesterday for a hearing and one of the government offices in the building I went to was closed because of all this (fortunately the office I went to stayed open).
