Discs road/mtb?

Do they still make road and MTB in Avid BB7?

Seems like the sites do not specify.

Need to get some for STI, only done MTB and I have presumably road version on the Poprad?

Yes, they make both road and mtb versions.

It is just cable pull difference, yes?

Yes, they are designed for different pull. I think the cams inside are different, and also maybe the "arm" that the cable anchors to. You can use a problem solver to increase cable pull but I think those things cause more problems than they solve.

You might also want to take a look at the new Shimano CX-75 caliper, which is meant to compete with the Avid BB7 SL caliper. I'm using the Shimano BR-505 brakes myself.

Ordered the Shimano caplipers, $155.00 to the door.

Thus the wives new ride:
Traitor Ruben, 10 Speed Triple Ultegra, SL90 carbon bars, Headset what ever I ahve in the stash already, Stem TBD, Poprad original disc wheels, GP4 All Season 28C for rubber, Seat, well let the games begin on the seat...

Should be a nice riding 1st road bike for her.

I of course will post a pic when it is rolling, get it and her on the Computrainer. She is on the MTB on the CT 4-5 days a week now. I am not dues to the lingering Femoral Nerve problem.

Went back to work 2 weeks ago and apparently all the driving and crawl space inspections is reversing the healing process.
I may be done with that job I am afraid....
At least until the next wet season.
