Thanks Sparky. Bike looks and fits great, I'll post more after a couple rides. I must say I like the painted post and stem.

Dog is also new and great. He's a couple days out of a shelter, very friendly but barking here because he apparently thinks taking a pic of a bike from the opposite side of the fence is weird..:)

Tires are Rene Herse Orondo Grade 31 mm tubeless.

Bars are Easton EC90ALX.

I recall now you had said on the RH. I forget what those are VS the Stampede pass, google time...


EDIT: basically a tubeless Stampeded Pass I guess...

So let us know SP VS these, I know you have RH/SP on the RSL/SLR as I do. Well on one set of wheels in my case.

What tubes you running in the RH/SP?

Also, what is your contingency with the road TLs setup tubeless for on the road? All tubeless are tubular tubeless and I have a mini plug kit and some sealant in the kit. Stating with dry tires until flatting. Not had to plug or juice any yet [ducking]

And howz the 4 legged sheit machine doing?

Wanted to get on the bike so I took a ride in the rain today. Bike rides great - fits perfectly, rolls well, good over bumps, seems to handle well though I didn't push it because it was raining and I don't corner aggressively anyway. I'll report further after a longer ride.

Tubeless contingency I'll just carry a tube. I've ridden tubeless a fair amount and only problem has been occasional slow leaks at rim bead.

With the Stampede Pass I just use Schwalbe butyl tubes.

Dog is doing super, particularly for a 14 month old just out of a shelter. He wants to play all the time.

You should try some TPU tubes. At least for the spare to carry with. Tiny and light, jersey pocket small.

I like the Schwalbe Aerothan, sensible weight. Unlike some crazy light ones I've been given some of. 33 gram tubes made for disc only scares me. The Aerothans for 32mm tires are 60-70 grams IIRC.

After a few rides, love the bike. Very comfortable and seems to do everything well.
Rode it on some gravel today, with the 31mm tires it handles it well.

A couple accessories I like are a Rene Herse handlebar bag and Wahoo Element Roam computer. The computer has a feature where when you approach a significant hill a bell goes off and it reads CLIMB and switches to a profile view of the climb and shows your progress going up it.

The SRAM Force 12 speed shifts great and has some good climbing gears for me (low 33x36).

So now I have no excuses.

So has it affected the bike pecking order yet?

And that presents the question, what is the pecking order.

My RSL/SLR Domane rises back up after honeymoon periods seem like. The Moots Psychlo-CX RSL for me has hit top 2. But I gotta finish up the Specialissima CV yet. Experiencing a huge distraction family health matter that has total priority. And that's not counting the kidney stone I've yet to pass. Nor my ER visit the day after I got off the plane home from Nashville 4/9. #ThanksForWaiting.

But I suspect CV will be on par in 3rd spot with the Extreme Power Nago. Unless the 12s really adds over the 11S. They are both SR so I don't anticipate that being huge. The Celeste may or may not trump the WX02 colorway on the EP. #Allfun!

I rode outside today and i gotta say my 12 speed chorus is the best ive ever had. In the 1 cog part of the cassette im not even sure it shifted until i put some pressure on the pedals. Then i think i can tell it shifted.

The ti/cult SR11son the EP is the best mechanical I've ridden. I honestly can not imagine the 12SR being notibly better. Find out this week.

I had the 80th Ani SR11on the Spectrum. I think it is same as the Ti/Cult with different graphics and felt same. I let it go on a 1500.00 offer and kept the One on EP. I litterally paid 2100 for the two bikes the groupos came on, with few ride on them. So I monkied the sale of the 80th and frames to get free SR11 groupo and still have the two high end wheelsets. This retirement revenue stream make me get creative. :)

I have pre 2015 Chorus on the SLX Saronni Nago. It is not quite as crisp as SR, but way more miles on it too.

I just ride 2 bikes regularly, one road/light gravel, one commuting/errands/bad weather/heavy gravel. Both are now Breadwinner.

Dan, I always felt Chorus mechanical was just as good as e-Tap; haven't used e-Campy. The Force has such a light touch it's easy to do a double upshift. Just a matter of getting that in the old subconscious....
