Yeah, this really sucks! His parents and friends must be devastated. Another senseless tragedy and a promising young life cut short.

Although the cops say and speed, booze or drugs don't seem to be involved, considering that the driver was a 23 year old woman, I'll bet they'll find that she was either on her phone or texting when she hit him.
