Lower bars, stem length relationship in real world.
Without my gut I am getting lower with my bars while still being able to breath.
Obviously as you lower your stem you increase length of cockpit due to HTA, lower get further away.
Is this equal to your hypotenuse [back/angle] also lengthening as base and hypotenuse angle is increased? [read: you bend over more]
My younger baseline not very useful at this point. My 6CM ish saddle bar drop of last few years is more in the 8-8.5CM range without spare L60 tire now...

FWIW, as I've raised the bars on my road bikes over the years, I haven't changed my stem length at all. The
effective
lengths have changed very slightly due to the change in the angle of the stems, but it's probably less than half a centimeter. It's not something that particularly concerns me, as long as it feels comfortable. My gravel bikes, fat bike and MTBs are all set up differently and I'm comfortable on all of them. I even use a slightly more forward saddle position on my off-road machines without any complications. I suspect that it's because I'm getting bounced around and my position is constantly changing, so the starting point is less critical.

Did you raise the front of you saddle as you raised the bars? I see that googling, well I actually am seeing lowering the tip as bars get lower...

I didn't make any specific saddle angle changes. I just set the saddle to an angle that feels comfortable, which for me is generally dead level. I set it by putting a piece of thin plywood on top of the saddle, then put a level on top of that. It prevents grooves and cutouts in the saddles from affecting the level.

I tilted tip down a touch, and 5 miles in it was apparent it was ng. Went level, and even pushed it back a tad..

Green Eggs and Ham works when a thin piece of plywood is out of reach.
