Isn't how it works is the upper officers will arrange to liquidate the best inventory, take huge bonuses, then update to 13 in the last moments of the reorganization anniversary?

These days I kind of wonder how many years in advance that companies might plan their Ch.11 bailouts.

Their timing seems good to me.
