Yeah, compact frame, long post, ...and the hoods are like at the end of a cantilevered diving board.

Steel Steer tube, Fat EA90 Stem, 31.8 AL bars.... Stiffer diving board. ;)

EDIT: measured the EA90 Stem @ 37mm diameter. Like a Cannondale TT slice for a stem. ;)
