Heat wave, wildfires, makes Crater Lake questionable...

Heat wave really not a problem @ 6-8k altitudes. But it sure helps the wildfires which are in full swing down there.

We will see if by 'bike days' [early in the month this year] it might improve. But does not look good...

9/9 and 9/16 this year for the no cars days...

Local AQI due to another new wildfire here makes going outside questionable. Riding or any high redpiratory activity is out of the question.

Neighbors black car is white, our white cars are grey... There is actually 3mm bits of burnt debris covering the cars.

Talking with a friend that grew up out where we are told me the cars had 2" back when St Helens popped...

Shit jumped the Columbia to the WA side. This is very bad, but the wind change things fast. This is a pretty wide river, I should have not said it wouldn't happen the other day. ;(
