Who is doing NBCSN [EDIT/Gold Streaming]

Now that I have no metered internet I went to NBCSN for a look see for cycling content. I got chromecast going so I can cast to the LCD, been casting Netflix so far.

All I could see was 19.99 from now until 6/29. Is this like a discounted piece of the end of the full season or something. Or is it 19.95 per month? FAQs not helpful.

How much is it going to be 7/1/2017 and is it yearly or will it then say 7/1 to 7/31 as the end date??

Thanks

I thought it was basic cable. Twenty bucks doesn't sound like much of a deal. I'd be surprised if it was more than a month. A couple of channels like that and you may as well give in.

I doubt any sports network is playing peek-a-boo with the price because of a pleasant surprise when you click [submit.]

Maybe you heard about the recent layoffs at ESPN. Apparently they released about 100 of the beat reporters. It seems they had to make sacrifices after overextending themselves in NBA/NFL/N-this/N-that bidding wars.

Sacrifices

Why do I see a hundred people on litters rising to appease Kukulkán?

I -think- you are talking about NBCSN Gold-an app/subscription you buy yearly. I also think it runs from July1-June30. This is completely different from the NBCSN tv service. Gold is their streaming service.

I checked into this a while ago. The 19.95 covers you until 7/1. Because of the Tdf the price goes up after 7/1 to I think 29.95 and you are covered until 7/1/18.

Current Subscriber

I picked it up for last years tour.

I've been satisfied. You don't get all events. No Giro.

Tour, Vuelta, PR, Cali and bunch more. The website has a list or at least it did.

It the NBCsports Gold package.

Streamed it to my TV via Roku but used it on an iPad and iPhone too.
