Just got busted by a hotel health club bike. Doing a fairly hard interval workout, it kept warning my heart rate was high. The hr was perfectly normal for me, though my rates run well above the meaningless age predicted formulas. At the end I ramped it up and the bike simply stopped the workout! Since I had input my age it must have figured I was out of control. The Nanny-trainer!

I suppose you'll need to tell it you are 19. I have to understate my weight to my trainer.
