One path way

Open Windows Explorer (windows key+e)
Right click "this computer or this PC" to open context menu
select properties
in the properties sheet that opens click advanced properties

Just out of curiosity, did the Intel graphics lead help? I thought it was great and I would never have sought it but for helping you, thanks.

The shining path

Thanks for the path to change settings. Good to learn new stuff!

FYI screen quality is better with the "let Windows choose" than with the "best performance" button. Curious.
