Did the pros break all the Strava KOMs on the course?

i read that Niki Terpstra had the 23rd-St KOM...
...23mph up that 19% grade!
edit: clarification...looks like his peak speed up 23rd was 26.6mph (the group would barrell into the foot of 23rd after coming off libby), but his segment PR is 21sec @ 14.5mi/h.
to put that in perspective, steve tilford's PR is 42sec @ 7.2mi/h putting out 471watts.

471 watts for 42 seconds is really not all that much for racers, pretty much and decent cat 2 can do that.
I'd have to imagine that those guys were doing close to double that number.
