CO laws have to asked here.

In SC we can ride two abreast and are given the priveledge of the entire lane just like a moto.

I was pulled over on base a year or so ago and did challenge the AF cop. He was all "puffy" until I pulled my GoPro off my bike and started filming. The cop said I did not get the entire lane, which I do and I was making a left turn to add and had to move left. I told him unless he was going to ticket or detain me I was going to work. He said he would get a local and come see me. He never did.

Sometime cop are mandated to write write write...

I had a cop hand me a ticket at an accident scene. He gave all the vehicles invoked a ticket. The guy I tagged stopped short with not blinker to make a left and I gave him a love tap. He even got a ticket for a cracked windshield, having got 3 tickets, I got one. Which the cop lied about in court BTW, I learned not to go to court without a lawyer that time. ;)
