weather web site for Canada?
I'm in Quebec and it's looking to rain "sooner or later", so said the general forecast too. I tried to look at the radar map to see how far west the rain cloud is from me but... lo and behold, the weather sites I've been using don't have Canadian radar map! Duh, I've been using US based weather site and their Canadian coverage is a little sparse. Is there a better Canadian weather website?
I want to go out for a quick spin but don't relish getting soaked...

Can't help with the weather. but have you got up to Old Quebec City?
Maybe I can help with the weather. I use http://www.weather.com for my daily inquiries.
For Quebec the radar map works, but the future function does not. But the Hourly link seem like it would be useful cyclist wise IMO.

I usually use Weathernetwork, specifically the Hourly tab. Lately they've added rain start times, which seem to be accurate.

I've also found the Android stock weather app to be reliable. My go-to source for weather.

Yeah, the hourly is my go to as well. Trend can usually be depicted withing reason I find. The Radar can show little or none here, and you look outside and have very reduced visibility, one way to put it.
Dew point VS temp forecast comparisons help see the direction potentially too.

Found it in the visitor center. Duh! Thanks nonetheless.
Got my quick spin in today. Actually, quick "grind" on the gravel road to the "Cap" (cape) with dramatic views. The sun came out! So much for "forecast" but the radar + hr-by-hr really helped.
No rain in the vicinity until later tonight. And it'll end early tomorrow morning. So another day of potential riding weather again. Found a loop of probably a metric century (here it's just "century" since everything is in metric anyway) around shore part of the "cape". Expect fantastic vista along the way.
That is, if I don't choose to go out on my kayak instead.
