Abrupt weather event...

Kind of sunny with cloudy spots, it's been way windy else I'd go out as the temp is 50^.

About 10 minutes ago it got dark as a bank of clouds went over and the sky opened up. I sat there and watched the dog bowl about 14" dia. fill like 1/2" in maybe 8 minutes. I had the Oylys on and coudl not hear the TV for the event. And we have like 30" of insulation up top. ;O

Let's see what the wind does now... At least for now it seems like it is dead...

Hate to get caught out on a ride with a downpour like that!

I've had that happen several times. You come home feeling like you've fallen in a lake and it takes at two or three days for your shoes to dry out.

Wound up going to motor vehicle to renew a registration. DUH, closed... So just walked a trail along the river out and back before coming home...

Worst on the bike is the front tire parting / streaming the deeper water directly onto your feet. Fenders or not. Soaked feet beyond wet to be sure...
