What's the clamp diameter? Some of the aftermarket carbon mtb forks used clamp mounted canti posts, so you might get lucky with one of those. I think Pace used them, and maybe Origin8.

so these would require a round spacer with an ID of 25.4mm and OD of ~34mm.

that shouldnt be too hard to source, eh? if anyone has a lead on something that would be able to fab up some aluminum shims with these specs, let me know!
