650c 404 Firecrest...

Well now, there you go. Look at it this way, by percentage a 404 in a smaller wheel is almost an 808 in a bigger wheel :-)

404 maybe a 505 in 650c... but they may also make the height of the wheel less just for 650c...

Actually not really...I've have an old HED Deep (aka. 90mm vs an 808 at 82mm) on my wife's 48cm P3C which has 650c wheels and it doesn't look radical at all particularly sitting in the basement this winter beside my 'touring' bike which is a P3C with a Zipp1080 front wheel. Both bikes have discs on the rear.

My TT bike is a P4 with a 90mm deep trispoke (X-treme) on the front, now that's a lot of wheel.
